Shipping costs are always calculated from Bonn (Germany) to your shipping address based on the nature of the goods, in accordance with our current shipping rate tables. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, delivery is always CIP (door-to-door) via one of our shipping partners: UPS, TNT, DHL Express, or DHL. Different delivery times apply to in-stock devices and made-to-order products. The lead time listed on the respective product page includes the time required to prepare the device, including the scheduled tests.
