Frequently asked questions
The shipping costs are always calculated from Bonn (Germany) to your delivery address based on the nature of the goods according to our current shipping cost tables. Delivery is always CIP (door-to-door) unless expressly agreed otherwise by one of our shipping partners UPS, TNT, DHL Express, DHL. We choose the shipping company in order to optimise the shipping process and the delivery time, depending on several factors (capacity utilisation of the transport service providers, possible collection dates, delivery time, nature of the product), so that we can ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely.
We accept payments via PayPal (credit card / direct debit, even without a PayPal account), payment via the Klarna portal (invoice, hire purchase, instant transfer, direct debit, credit card) as well as the usual bank transfer. Please note that the availability of the payment options is determined by the respective providers (PayPal, Klarna) and depends on creditworthiness and other factors. In case of problems, please contact the payment provider directly.
The delivery time for our items is indicated on the product page for each product individually. Products in stock are usually handed over to the carrier on the same day if ordered before 13:00.
As a German company with business relations within and outside the EU, we take data protection and our responsibility for privacy very seriously. Behind our website we always use the latest software and an experienced IT team which takes care of the security of your data. Your data is in good hands with us and will not be passed on to third parties. To improve the shopping experience we use Google services (AdWords and Analytics).
After receipt of your order, you will immediately receive an automatic order confirmation to your specified email address. Your order will be manually checked within the next hour and you will receive our invoice in form of a PDF file. The ordered product will now immediately (if in stock) be transferred to the shipping department (except prepayment).
For products not in stock, an urgent order is triggered with the manufacturer, as soon as the product arrives with us, it goes through our certification process and is then handed over to shipping, this usually happens the day after the product arrives at our factory.
All steps of the above process, from the arrival of your order at our premises to the handover of the product to the shipping company, are included in the delivery time indicated on the product page.
You will receive the invoice for your order in two ways. Shortly after receipt of your order (max. 1 hour during working hours) you will receive an invoice to your specified e-mail address in form of a PDF file, the original will also be sent to you in printed form with your product.
