We tailor the shipping arrangements to the size, weight, and fragility of the equipment, as well as the delivery destination. For orders placed outside of our online store, we select the shipping carrier for you.

Our Shipping Partners
1. UPS
For shipments weighing less than 50 kg in total, we prefer to use UPS, both within Germany and for international deliveries.
2. TNT Express
For heavier equipment and pallet shipments, we use TNT Express, among other carriers. Lighter equipment can also be shipped on a pallet if its nature requires it.
3. DHL and DHL Express
Depending on the delivery destination and the desired transit time, we use DHL or DHL Express, especially for time-sensitive shipments.
4. GEL Express Logistics
GEL Express is one of our shipping partners for heavy shipments weighing over 50 kg within the EU. The choice of carrier is based on the shipment and the available transportation options.
