DSC-Electronics Germany – Power Supplies for Laboratories and Industry
DSC-Electronics Germany was founded in Bonn-Bad Godesberg in 2010. Our current focus—configurable laboratory power supplies and industrial power supplies—evolved from the planning, implementation, and maintenance of custom power supply solutions for laboratories and industry. Since 2012, we have been expanding our own product line, particularly to include compact, high-performance power supplies and application-specific models. The experience we gain from consulting, manufacturing, and service feeds into the ongoing development of our products.
Our laboratory power supplies are used in development, testing, training, and industrial applications. As early as 2014, we were supplying our laboratory power supplies to well-known major customers such as Fuji, Volkswagen AG, and Porsche, as well as to many training institutions and universities both within and outside the EU.
Today, our product line includes more than 500 listed models across ten power supply series, supplemented by custom designs. The range extends from compact laboratory devices to high- alternating current. Depending on the series, special versions with up to 1 MW of DC power or 1 MVA of are available. With the expansion of our manufacturing facility in Bonn in 2018, we have created additional assembly and service capacity. We work with you to tailor the technically feasible configuration to your application.

Together, we’ll determine exactly what features you need. This ensures a solution that integrates seamlessly into your workflows without including unnecessary features.
Professional laboratory technology should also be accessible to smaller companies and private development projects. We focus on equipment tailored to your needs, careful component selection, and efficient manufacturing processes. What matters most to us is practical utility: a power supply whose functions, power range, and cost are suited to your specific task.

Our power supplies are assembled and tested in Germany. Since we manufacture them to order, we can tailor the electrical and mechanical specifications exactly to your requirements. Before shipment, we test the unit according to its specific configuration and prepare it for its intended use.
Quality
To ensure reproducible testing and predictable workflows, you need a power supply with verifiable characteristics. That is why we evaluate product quality not only based on individual specifications, but also in terms of the interplay between design, manufacturing, and testing.
Careful component selection, assembly, and functional testing form the foundation of our quality assurance. Our power supplies are calibrated in-house before shipment. If you require a calibration certificate or external calibration, please let us know when you submit your request. This will allow us to plan the scope of testing and documentation to meet your specific requirements.

Personalized support before and after your purchase.
When you contact us, you’ll speak with representatives who are familiar with your power supply and its operating conditions. We’re here to assist you with technical questions, help you select add-ons, and provide support when needed. Please describe your model, its application, and—if applicable—the symptoms of the problem so that we can work with you to determine the best next steps.
In the event of a malfunction, we will coordinate the inspection and repair at our facility, as well as the necessary transportation, after consulting with you. Our goal is to keep the process transparent for you and to minimize downtime. The scope and timeline depend on the nature of the malfunction, the equipment required, and the availability of replacement parts.
For repairs performed by qualified technicians, we will coordinate the technical support and necessary replacement parts with you. Please contact us before proceeding so that the repair process is appropriate for the specific model of the device.
Packing & Shipping
From desktop devices to heavy-duty industrial power supplies, we tailor packaging and shipping to the dimensions, weight, and delivery destination. For international shipments and return shipping for service purposes, we work with appropriate parcel services and freight forwarders.
When selecting packaging, we prioritize protecting the device and using materials appropriately. Where it makes sense for the product and its transport, we prefer reusable or recycled materials and work to avoid unnecessary packaging.
